The definition of rustic is simple, and we applaud Carla and Greg for pulling off a beautifully simple wedding that emphasized the couple and guests having an incredible time and let the beautiful surroundings at Laudholm Farm in Wells, Maine, to do the rest. The couple chose to say their vows under an oak tree outside of the rustic Laudholm farmhouse. Late summer roses of pinks and peaches made up Carla’s bouquet and complemented her free-flowing wedding dress and understated gold earrings. Her makeup was light and her hair in a loose Gibson tuck, letting her natural beauty shine through. The ceremony was followed by a BBQ and raucous dance party in the barn.
